In the midst of all of these revelation, the sirens come back to Winter Harbor. And this time they are pissed and want revenge. Their target? Vanessa and Simon. Will they be able to stop the sirens a second time? 

Undercurrent was not my favorite of the two.  I was especially bummed because it had the potential to rock. I'm hoping all my wishes for the series will be met in the third. I didn't like Vanessa and Simon in this book. Granted, the re-emergence of the sirens was pretty interesting...
